Malomo currently supports 68 a vast network of domestic and international carriers, although with a list that list is always continuously growing! . This article serves to document the carriers that are currently supported by the Malomo platform with our Standard Carrier Network (SCN) and Extended Carrier Network (ECN).

Our Standard Carrier Network (SCN) is included on all plans and shipments count towards your plan's allotted shipment capacity. Our Extended Carrier Network (ECN) is an optional add-on that enables a wider array of carriers. ECN shipments are billed at a flat rate per shipment, as an add-on to your current monthly service fee.

Extended Carrier Network

In June 2024, Malomo significantly expanded our supported carrier list with the launch of our Extended Carrier Network (ECN). Along with adding the opportunity to support 1000+ new carriers, such as small regional and international carriers, the ECN will also remove the need for credentials for major carriers.

Shipments tracked with a carrier in our ECN will be billed at a flat rate per shipment, which will be an add-on to your current monthly service fee. ECN shipments do not count towards your existing plan's allotted shipment capacity.

Merchants will be required to opt-in to the ECN. To begin the quick opt-in process and enable the Extended Carrier Network, please reach out to us at help@gomalomo.com.

ECN Limitations

Due to missing or incomplete data from carriers, estimated delivery dates will not be available for many of the carriers in our Extended Carrier Network.

Our integration will not show an estimated delivery date for ECN shipments with our platform data or reporting. The estimated delivery date will not be available within notifications and will not be shown on the Malomo tracking page. The However, the tracking page will include a hyperlink directing to the AusPost carrier tracking page .

🔒 To create credentials for Australia Post tracking, merchants will need to create unique API keys for Malomo within the AusPost platform. Do so by selecting Malomo from the drop down or select Other if you do not see Malomo. The API keys will be verified for tracking only.

Malomo only supports tracking for Royal Mail packages with labels that have been purchased directly through EasyPost. when available.
