Once your initial account has been created, you may request that invite additional users are added to your account. Please note, at this time this is not a self-serve feature. You must contact a Malomo team member to initiate the request.

To submit a new user request, please open a support ticket in the platform or reach out to help@gomalomo. In your request, please include the full name of the new user, as well as email address.

Once the account has been created, the new user must first create a password

First, navigate to your Account page and click on the Users tab. Here you can view a list of all users on your account. To add a new user, click the Invite a User button, enter the user’s name and email address, then click the Invite a User button to send an email invitation.

Steps

  1. Navigate to dash.gomalomo.com/password_recovery and enter the email address included with the new user request.You'll receive a password reset email to create your password. Create a new password with at least 8 characters .

  2. When done,you can log into the platform.
