Pre-Requisites
Customers will need to connect their Shopify account to Malomo. Once connected, Malomo will begin importing all delivered shipments Malomo is actively tracking into the Time in Transit Report.
Metrics
The Time in Transit report allow users to calculate the following in any given time-frame:

Time in Transit by Shipping Promise | Average days a shipment took from shipping label creation to delivery, broken down by shipping promise (such as standard, expedited, or international) |
Time in Transit by Carrier Service Level | Average days a shipment took from shipping label creation to delivery, broken down by carrier service level (such as UPS Ground vs UPS Surepost) |
Time in Transit - Shipments | Full list of delivered shipments with time in transit data |
Shipments Delivered with Shipping Promise | Full list of delivered shipments, that specified a shipping promise, with time in transit data |
Filters
Users can filter the data in a combination of delivered date range and time in transit data. Filters are “sticky”, meaning users can use any combination of these filters at any time.
