The Malomo Time in Transit report allows merchants to drill down into the transit time for delivered shipments across all carriers and shipping services. With this report, you’ll be able to visualize how long packages are taking to arrive and make decisions about your logistics with better real-time insights.

Key Features

  • Learn how well your carriers are actually performing by viewing how long shipments are taking to arrive and comparing average transit times by service level.

  • Hold your carriers accountable to the speeds they set by quickly exporting a list of shipments with transit times so you can see SLA breaks and file for refunds.

Pre-Requisites

Customers will need to connect their Shopify account to Malomo. Once connected, Malomo will begin importing all delivered shipments Malomo is actively tracking into the Time in Transit Report.

The Time in Transit report allow users to calculate the following in any given time-frame:

Time a shipment took from shipping label creation to delivery, broken down by carrier and grouped by date ranges

Time in Transit by Carrier

Average days a shipment took from shipping label creation to delivery, broken down by carrier

Time in Transit by Shipping Promise

Average days a shipment took from shipping label creation to delivery, broken down by shipping promise (such as standard, expedited, or international)

Time in Transit by Carrier Service Level

Average days a shipment took from shipping label creation to delivery, broken down by carrier service level (such as UPS Ground vs UPS Surepost)

Time in Transit - Shipments

Full list of delivered shipments with time in transit data

Shipments Delivered with Shipping Promise

Full list of delivered shipments, that specified a shipping promise, with time in transit data

Filters

Users can filter the data in a combination of delivered date range and time in transit data. Filters are “sticky”, meaning users can use any combination of these filters at any time.

A: All orders with delivered shipments that Malomo tracks will show in this report.
